Why is it that every time you get you lose all your thugs???

Did someone attack you? That's a major reason for losing thugs.

Also, when you scout or do other actions, if your thugs are unhappy, they'll leave. This means keep them stocked with guns (try to have 1 gun per thug at minimum), keep hoes around and keep plenty of weed!
